Toddler found in West Babylon pool still critical
A 2-year-old girl remained in critical condition Sunday at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip after being found in a pool at a West Babylon home Saturday night, Suffolk County police said.
Milton Acosta, the girl's grandfather, called police at 7:10 p.m. Saturday after Kimberly Acosta, the girl's mother, found her unresponsive in the pool, police said.
West Babylon Fire Department responded and performed CPR on the toddler, Chloe Acosta. She was taken to Good Samaritan in critical condition.
