Newsday's All-Long Island football team revealed
Since 1962, Newsday has been selecting its All-Long Island team for football, comprised of the best players in Nassau and Suffolk counties as well as the CHSFL and other private schools.
On Wednesday at 8 p.m., Newsday unveiled its All-Long Island football team for the 2018 season in its high school sports podcast hosted by Gregg Sarra and Roger Rubin.

On Monday, Newsday revealed its selections for nine other All-Long Island teams via the high school sports podcast.
Sarra and Newsday's team of high school sports reporters highlighted the top performers in boys and girls soccer, boys and girls volleyball, boys and girls cross country, field hockey, girls tennis and girls swimming.
