Checking out the scenes in Levittown

Newsday community journalist T.C. McCarthy was out and about in Levittown on Saturday compiling a photo gallery of some of the hamlet’s landmarks.
Check out the video below in front of Levittown Hall, which was built by the hamlet’s founders, the Levitt family. Abraham Levitt and his sons, Alfred and William, oversaw the construction of the hamlet’s houses between 1947 and 1951 with World War II veterans in mind.
