Rex Ryan is hopeful that wide receiver Eric Decker will be in the starting lineup against the Broncos on Sunday, but the first-year Jet has exclaimed that it'll be weird to face his former team.

"I'm happy I'm here," Decker told ESPN yesterday. "Is it gonna be weird playing a former team? For sure. This is the first time I'm in this situation where I'm gonna see teammates that I played with for four years standing on the other sideline, standing on the other side of the field."

He doesn't think that it'll affect him once the game begins, however. The game and his responsibilities stay the same no matter who the opponent is.

"When you get between the lines, you worry about what you've gotta do, what your job is, and how I can help this team be successful," Decker said.

Although he has just 14 catches for 204 yards and two touchdowns this season, there is hope that Decker will be unaffected by a lingering hamstring injury this Sunday. Perhaps playing against his old team, who didn't even bother to offer him a contract this summer, will be the incentive he needs to truly have his first great game as a member of Gang Green.
