If you look in the storefront of Fudge N' Stuff in Montauk, you'll catch owner-manager Jennifer D'Albora making fresh fudge out of her kettle daily. You can even smell it from the sidewalk.

"People open the door, and go, 'Oh, wow,' " D'Albora says. "It's intoxicating."

In addition to nostalgic penny candies, fresh popcorn, cotton candy, homemade chocolates and 16 flavors of ice cream, the store offers 25 flavors of fudge that range from mud pie to red velvet to three styles of vanilla fudge.

"I've seen generations of families that come through here," D'Albora says. "Kids that first came here when I opened now bring their children. It's fun for us."
