New COVID-19 testing sites open as infection numbers rise

Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone talked about the importance of COVID-19 testing as the rate of coronavirus infections continues to rise on Long Island. Northwell Health, in conjunction with Suffolk County and the Town of Huntington, opened a COVID-19 testing site at its Dolan Family Health Center in Huntington. And in Oceanside, Hempstead Town Supervisor Don Clavin and the Hempstead Town Board implemented a new drive-thru rapid testing initiative with Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital.
