Daniel Watson has joined the Hauppauge office of Horizon Engineering Associates as director of field services. He was most recently a commissioning manager at First New York Partners in Brooklyn and lives in Wantagh. Watson will cover the Manhattan and Long Island offices for Horizon.

Alexander Wolfe has been promoted to brand director of EE Times, an electronic engineering website and publication. The Kew Gardens resident was promoted from content director, Design News.
Rich Nass has been promoted to brand director, Design News. He had been director of content for UBM Canon, medical devices group. Nass is a Hasbrouck Heights, N.J., resident.
