LIRR delays resolved
According to the LIRR, service has temporarily been suspended between Hicksville and Jamaica due to power outages.
Service on the Ronkonkoma, Port Jefferson, Hempstead and Oyster Bay braches will be affected according to the LIRR.
UPDATE (7:28 p.m.): Service has been restored with residual delays of up to 20 minutes between Hicksville and Jamaica, according to the LIRR.
UPDATE (9:38 p.m.): According to the LIRR website, delays related to earlier power outages have been resolved.
