Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson pleaded not guilty Monday to a domestic violence charge stemming from a June 23 incident in which he allegedly kicked a former girlfriend who claims to be the mother of his second child, and destroyed her Toluca Lake condo.

A Los Angeles judge ordered the 38-year-old Jamaica, Queens rapper to stay away from Daphne Narvaez, and not communicate with her in any way.

50 Cent must surrender any and all firearms in his possession to local law enforcement or sell them to a licensed gun dealer within 24 hours.

Outside the court proceeding, which was aired by TMZ, a process server tried to give the nattily dressed rapper a thick stack of legal papers which had to do with child custody and other matters “related to the case,” the process server said in a clip.

Jackson is due in court again on the domestic violence charges Sept. 4., the judge said. Jackson’s publicist did not respond to a request for comment by press time.
