Kate Mara and Max Minghella cozy up (again)

Kate Mara and Max Minghella are back on.
After splitting up this spring, the two actors were getting cozy at an event for their upcoming movie "10 Years" in NYC on Sunday.
"They were very attentive to each other throughout the event," a witness told us of the twosome, who hit up a brunch held at Hotel Chantelle in the flick's honor.
"Kate had her hand in his back pocket for the better part of the afternoon," the spy added.
Also at the Grey Goose-hosted brunch were "10 Years" co-stars (and real-life hubby and wife) Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum.
