Maksim Gelman, who copped to killing four people during a 28-hour rampage last year, got 200 years in prison Wednesday during a bizarre sentencing in which he threatened a witness and insulted the judge.

Gelman, 24, was convicted of four counts of murder, two counts of attempted murder, four counts of robbery and three counts of assault for the Brooklyn attacks during the rampage.

Next month, he will be sentenced for attempting to kill a man on a Manhattan during his tirade, which could land him another 25 years.

Gelman flew off the hinges in court Wednesday and screamed at the boyfriend of one of his victims, "You fell in love with a heroin addict you f------ f-----," and later threatened to murder him, according to published reports.

"You'll burn in hell for what you did," the man, Gerard Honig, reportedly replied.

After Brooklyn Judge Vincent DelGiudice handed down the sentence Wednesday, he said, "Take him out of my sight," reports said.

Gelman crudely called back: "Your honor ... You can suck my Russian d---," published reports said.

"Your offer is declined," DelGiudice answered.

Gelman left a trail of bloodshed through Brooklyn and into Manhattan on Feb. 12, 2011, killing his stepfather, Alexander Kuznetsov, 54, Yelena Bulchenko, 20, Anna Bulchenko, 56, and Steve Tannenbaum, 60, and attempting to kill straphanger Joseph Lozito during the multi-borough tear.
