Off the Wall rounds 'em up and moves 'em out.

WORLD OF WESTERNS They're everywhere! The networks still don't care, but cable increasingly does. AMC rides west each weekend with '60s family fave "The Rifleman" (Saturday 6-7:30 a.m.), and adds Saturday's catch-up marathon of its current Sunday night fave, "Hell on Wheels" (Saturday 1-6 p.m.), plus Sunday's encore miniseries, "Into the West" (Sunday 5-9 p.m.). INSP Saturday adds vintage desert-set hour "The High Chaparral" (Saturday 1 p.m.-2 a.m.); its schedule already includes Barbara Stanwyck's "The Big Valley" (weekdays 3-5 p.m. and midnight-2 a.m.) and next weekend adds "The Virginian" (Sept. 22 at 1 p.m.). Encore Westerns keeps loading up its afternoon hours with vintage TV oaters, now running nonstop 2-8 p.m. weekdays; highlights include half-hours "Have Gun -- Will Travel" (2:50 p.m.) and early episodes of "Gunsmoke" (aka "Marshal Dillon," 5:10 and 5:40 p.m.). CINEMANIA Tonight alone, WNET/13 screens the classic 1947 Bogie-and-Bacall noir "Dark Passage" (9:05 p.m. and 12:30 a.m.); Turner Classic Movies has the visually awesome silent Oscar winner "Sunrise" (8 p.m.); and Reelz's new series "MovieStyle With Michael O'Connor" (6:30 p.m.) pays tribute to 1940s trends. Tomorrow, "Movie Talk With Peter Bart" (Sunday at 9 a.m., Encore) welcomes B-film icon Roger Corman, and "NYC-Arts" (Sunday at noon, WNET/13) interviews Long Island filmmaker Ed Burns ("The Fitzgerald Family Christmas"). And TCM's Ben Mankiewicz hosts the new series "Hot Set" (Tuesday at 10 p.m., Syfy), in which designers compete to create the coolest cinematic settings.
