BACK TO THE BEGINNING. Relive favorite dramas from the first episode. Marathons start with the pilots of "Dead Like Me" (Saturday 8 a.m.-Sunday 6 a.m., Chiller), "Burn Notice" (Sunday 1 p.m.- Monday 5 a.m., Cloo), "House" (Sunday 8 p.m.- midnight, ion/31), "Heroes" (Tuesday 8 p.m.-midnight, G4), "NCIS" (Thursday 4-11 p.m., USA) and "Threshold" (Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Chiller).

ANIMATION BONANZA. We're playing catch-up to some of the shows, but this morning marks the debut of "Ben 10 Omniverse" (9 a.m., Cartoon), a big global launch with a huge online component of games, blogs and free downloads. Other recent arrivals: "Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja" (Sunday at 8:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday at 7 p.m., Disney XD) and "Dragons: Rides of Berk" (Tuesday at 7:30 p.m., Cartoon). AWARDS ALERT. It's not just Emmy weekend. It's also time for the "PRISM Awards" (Saturday night at 7, Reelz), honoring sharp portrayals of substance abuse, mental illness and recovery, with Dr. Drew Pinsky saluting this year's winners. Stick around for Emmys Round 1, which is a two-hour edit of last weekend's "Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards" (Saturday night 8-10, Reelz), where crafts/crew winners included "Homeland," "Girls," "The Walking Dead," "American Horror Story," "Justified," and multiple winners "Hatfields & McCoys," "Boardwalk Empire" and "Game of Thrones." WHEN MINISERIES WERE MAXI. Television spared no effort, expense or time in the epic era of James Clavell's "Shogun" (Sunday 10 a.m.- 8 p.m., Encore). Richard Chamberlain stars in this 1980 sensation with Japanese movie giant Toshiro Mifune, the fine Yoko Shimada and a sprawling cast that otherwise includes soon-to-be Indiana Jones pal John Rhys-Davies. YOM KIPPUR ON FILM. Atonement is part of Monday night's festival spotlighting Jewish themes -- 1981's "The Chosen" (8 p.m.), 1959's "The Diary of Anne Frank" (10 p.m.) and 1971's Broadway musical "Fiddler on the Roof" (1:15 a.m., all on Turner Classic Movies). More at tcm.com.

SILLY STUFF. Big week on Comedy Central. "Tosh.0" (Tuesday at 10 p.m.) returns to rip the Web, followed by Daniel Tosh's new animated national-park comedy "Brickleberry" (Tuesday at 10:30 p.m.).
