The Suffolk County County Police Department Sixth Precinct is advising motorists of street closures for three Memorial Day parades this weekend.

Centereach Memorial Day Parade, Sunday, May 26
Route 25 from Rustic Road to Nicolls Road and Horseblock Road  in Centereach from Route 25, south to Blydenburgh Road, will be closed from 12:45 p.m. to 3 p.m. The ramp from southbound Nicolls Road to westbound Route 25 will likely be closed as well, police said.

Stony Brook Memorial Day Parade, Monday, May 27
A short stretch of Main Street and Christian Avenue in Stony Brook will be closed between 8:45 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.

East Setauket Memorial Day Parade, Monday, May 27
Main Street between Route 25A and Caroline Avenue in East Setauket will be closed briefly at about 10:30 a.m. Route 25A will be closed from the intersection of Main Street east to Bay View Avenue beginning at 10:45 a.m. It will reopen at about 12:30 p.m. The parade begins at the Emma Clark Library on Main Street and ends at Setauket Veteran's Memorial Park on Route 25A.
