On Monday, Islanders greats Butch Goring and Clark Gillies appeared at Newsday for a Q&A with fans as part of the ongoing Newsday Live series. The former players shared some stories from the Stanley Cup years in the 1980s and talked about the current team, which begins its playoff run Wednesday night against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
