Built in 1962, the house underwent a full gut renovation and elevation within the last five years, said listing agent Gloria Romanowski, of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty.

The first floor features an open-concept layout, with some modern steps to lead you to the second level: "The floating staircase lends itself to the airiness of the design," Romanowski said.
