"There aren't many homes listed in the gated communities these days," said listing agent Marie Salerno, of Douglas Elliman.
A previous owner knocked down a wall that once separated two rooms to create an open-concept living space with abundant natural light, Salerno said.

The address is in proximity to the development's clubhouse, Salerno said. Fees, which include landscaping, snow removal and the use of the clubhouse, total $1,130 a month for this unit, she said.
