Drew Barrymore lists Hamptons estate for $8.45 million, her rep says
Drew Barrymore has put her Hamptons estate on the market for $8.45 million, her representative confirmed.
The home was listed by Sotheby's International Realty. Records show that the property was purchased by Daisy Barns LLC in 2019, for about $5.5 million.
Stephen Huvane, Barrymore's representative, did not comment on why she is selling the property.
Located in Sagaponack, the property spans 1.7 acres. The home is a converted barn originally built in 1920, and includes seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. There is a guesthouse on site with one bedroom and one bathroom as well. Other notable features include an in-ground gunite pool with a pool house, and a bocce court.
A video tour attached to the listing reveals a rustic interior accentuated by sleek, white detailing in the cabinetry and windows, glass doors and private decks overlooking the greenery and gardens of the landscape.
The actor and bestselling author has been hosting her daytime program, "The Drew Barrymore Show" on CBS for four seasons. Barrymore lives in New York City, where her talk show is also filmed.
Barrymore's co-host, Ross Mathews, is a Long Islander, too — he resides on the North Shore and is getting ready to launch his comedy tour at The Paramount in Huntington on May 11.
Listing agent Kathy Konzet could not be immediately reached for comment.
