"It’s a perfect pied-à-terre in the village of East Hampton," said listing agent Greg Schmidt, who has co-listed the property with Jackie Dunphy of Corcoran. "We don’t have a lot of condos and co-ops, so this is like another option for people who might be looking for a smaller house on a smaller piece of land, that doesn’t have so much to take care of."

Recent renovations include windows and doors, the installation of Nantucket premium white cedar siding and fresh coats of Farrow & Ball exterior paint. Mechanical updates include a new washing machine, dryer and furnace. The home is warmed by forced air and propane fuel and cooled by central air conditioning.
