Hilton family's Southampton home lists for almost $15M
A Southampton vacation home owned by the Hilton family is set to hit the market for the first time in 25 years.
The home, owned by Rick and Kathy Hilton, is listed for $14.95 million, confirmed The Corcoran Group, which is listing the property.
The 10,500-square-foot house sits on 2.7 acres within a gated community, listing agent Jared Seligman of Corcoran wrote on Instagram.
The Hiltons, whose children include the reality television personality Paris Hilton and designer Nicky Hilton, purchased the Fordune Drive home in 1999 for $2.385 million, property records show.
There are six bedrooms and 7½ bathrooms, as well as three wood-burning fireplaces, a library, formal dining room, a den and a finished basement, according to Selligman’s post.
"All of the rooms boast high ceilings and generous proportions suited for the most discerning decor," Seligman wrote. "The formal living room is equally sophisticated as it is effortlessly casual."
Photographs depict an expansive home with dark brown exterior shingles and a light-hued, nautical-themed interior.
Amenities include a gunite pool with hot tub, an outdoor dining pavilion and a three-car garage and Port Cochère, according to the post. There are terraces off of most of the bedrooms, Seligman added.
The buyers would have access to Fowlers Beach, The Wall Street Journal reported.
