The Spring House condo units in Huntington list for up to $1.7M
The newest development in Huntington, called The Spring House, has units available for $1.65 million and $1.699 million. The annual property taxes are estimated to be $13,014.
Completed this year by developer G2D Group in Huntington, there are nine condominiums, located on Spring Road. There are still six available for purchase, said listing agent Kate Works, of Compass.
"It’s not too modern, but not too traditional either," said Works. "So it appeals to a lot of different tastes."
Each unit contains three bedrooms (two of which are ensuite), and 3½ bathrooms, coming to a total of approximately 3,500 square feet. There are oak wood floors throughout the space, with radiant heated floors in the bathrooms. The kitchen features dual sinks, and the living room contains a wine refrigerator and full bar.
Other amenities include a laundry room and central air conditioning and heating.
A private elevator in each unit can accommodate the homeowners throughout its three levels, Works added. There are options for how to utilize the lowest level.
"Some people want it as a gym; other people are using it as an office or a basement hangout," Works said. "It’s totally versatile."
The units also feature 10-foot ceilings on the main floor, a private deck and custom cabinetry. The premises are fully gated, with additional parking within, just in front of the building. The central location has been exciting to interested buyers so far, Works said.
"It’s so close to the village," she said. "Heckscher Park is right down the road, you have the Paramount and Prime [Kitchen & Bar] on the water for your dining and boating needs."
The property is in the Huntington Union Free School District.
