The house was built in 2009, undergoing updates through the years that were completed in 2024, said listing agent Neena Chowdhary, of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty. That includes upgrades to the bathrooms, flooring and opening up the walls to change the layout, Chowdhary said.

"I like the aesthetics," Chowdhary said. "The way the outside looks different; rather than a traditional, brick Colonial, it's more Hamptons, more chic."
The property is in the Jericho Union Free School District.
