The estate boasts six bedrooms, with three on each level, and seven bathrooms. Located on Cox Neck Road, the house totals 6,800 square feet.

"Once you step through the front door, the whole house is positioned so that you get a view down the creek front," said James Orioli, of Engel & Völkers North Fork. He is co-listing the property with Susan Orioli. "The actual angle of the house allows you to get the best view that anyone has."

Views of Mattituck Inlet can also be enjoyed from the great room, which features skylights and "an entire wall of windows," he added. A 20-by-40-foot saltwater pool in the backyard blends into the landscape.

"The edge of the pool overlooks and has a seamless view into the creek, so it appears that the pool flows into the main body of water," he said.

The first floor features what Orioli calls "a VIP suite," which is comparable to the second-level primary suite, he said. Both bedrooms contain full ensuite bathrooms, while the primary also includes its own balcony.
