Long Island home sales at, below $700,000 so far in 2024

Nearly 6,000 Long Island homes have sold for $700,000 or less so far this year, according to data on closed sales from OneKey MLS.
The Suffolk communities with the most closings at or below $700,000 so far this year are Bay Shore (186), Lindenhurst (166), Shirley (146), Selden (138) and Medford (131), the data shows. In Nassau, the top communities were Levittown (124), Massapequa (114), Freeport (106), Valley Stream (102) and Hempstead (90).
