Dining at the ballpark? Before you fork out so you can dig in, here's a guide.
CITI FIELD
ACELA CLUB: A five-tier, deluxe dining room with comfortable seats located behind Windows-on-the-Field. It's a traditional American-style grill restaurant with soups, salads, cheeses and a wood-burning oven.
CAESAR'S CLUB: Known for its lounge-style seating, you'll feel comfortable snacking on a Nathan's hot dog or a Brooklyn burger. Also available are sides and snacks, including Nathan's Fries, Fisher's dry-roasted salted-in-shell peanuts and Cracker Jack.
TASTE OF THE CITY
SHAKE SHACK: Menu items include the single burger and New York dog. For dessert, shakes or frozen custard.
BLUE SMOKE: Features a smoky pulled-pork sandwich on a brioche bun.
EL VERANO TAQUERIA: Sharp grilled chicken and grilled beef tacos are two of many items offered. The box fries come with either frites sauce, house mayo, chipotle ketchup, smoked bacon or bleu cheese.
CATCH OF THE DAY: Seafood is the name of the game at Catch of the Day. Entrees include the lobster roll and the grilled shrimp po'boy sandwich. On the appetizer menu are Long Island clam-and-corn chowder and garlic fries.
WORLD'S FARE MARKET
BROTHER JIMMY'S BBQ: Carolina pulled pork, barbecued brisket.
THE SUSHI STAND, near third base and leftfield, offers the "Bronx roll," a spicy tuna-and-avocado combo, and a sushi sampler, each of which can be washed down with sake or sweet fresh lemonade.
JOHNNY ROCKETS: Known for its shakes, Johnny Rockets also offers "Rocket single" burgers and onion rings. For dessert, Otis Spunkmeyer Cookies, Carvel waffle cones or ice cream in a helmet cup.
LA ESQUINA LATINA has Cubano sandwiches. Next door, MOE'S SOUTHWEST GRILL features a "homewrecker burrito" and nachos.
CARL'S PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS and LA FAMIGLIA'S pizza slices are other options.
GENERAL CONCESSIONS
Grilled sausages, Nathan's foot-long hot dog and the basic "World Famous" frank, are some of the familiar items, as are the Mets' helmet cup of Carvel ice cream. From the deli stand, you can choose a roast beef sandwich, or go for a slice of cheese or pepperoni pizza instead.
In the stands, the beer choices are Budweiser and Bud Light, and "premium beer" is available. And of course hot dogs, peanuts and Cracker Jack.
YANKEE STADIUM
NEW YORK STEAK: The specials include the chopped steak and a dry-aged, 24-ounce "Long Bone Ribeye.". A Yoo-Hoo Float and a watermelon Jolly Rancher Panna Cotta are among the desserts. On the wine list are a 1998 Dom Perignon Rose Champagne and an Aquebogue 2007 Palmer Sauvigon Blanc.
HARD ROCK CAFE: Located just below New York Steak, the Hard Rock has burgers, the "twisted mac, chicken and cheese" and its "classic swings."
GREAT HALL ENTRANCE
FARMERS MARKET: The Farmers Market offers navel oranges, tropical bananas, cut fruit and bottled Poland Spring water.
Elsewhere: a plastic-encased Big Apple Candy Apple, straight from Clifton, N.J., in the hue of FD&C Red No. 40.
FOOD COURTS
Dogs aplenty, including the Nathan's beef frank at the field-level food court, a corn dog and the Hebrew National, at the HIGHLANDERS STAND in rightfield. Bazzini peanuts, Twizzlers and M&M's are here, too.
MIKE'S DELI returns. The Arthur Avenue mainstay has an eggplant Parmigiana hero and "da true Bronx tale" sandwich, which stars mortadella and provolone. You also can have an order of zeppole. Nearby, BOAR'S HEAD THE DELI warms things up with chicken noodle soup and pastrami on rye.
The pan-fried chicken noodle bowl anchors the field-level Asian noodle menu. Also available are the tofu noodle bowl and dumplings.
