What will happen to the Houston Astrodome?
Once touted as the Eighth Wonder of the World, the Astrodome sits quietly gathering dust and items for storage Monday, May 21, 2012, in Houston. The Houston Astrodome opened on April 12, 1965, to great fanfare and amazement.
The Astros last played there in 1999, and this Wednesday, its fate is to be decided. Demolition, perhaps?
