The price of World Series tickets on the resale market continues to sink along with the Yankees’ fortunes against the Dodgers.

After the Yankees lost Game 3 on Monday night, prices were down across the board as of Tuesday morning for Game 4 at Yankee Stadium.

According to the resale site TickPick, the “get-in,” or lowest, asking price for Game 4 was $559 – down from $1,509 at the start of the series.

At TicketIQ, the get-in price for Game 4 was $711, down 53% from the start of the series, while the average was $2,281, down 56%.

At Gametime, the get-in price was $749, down from $1,583 before the series.

Often, ticket prices fall as the start of a big event gets closer, so budget-conscious Yankees fans – or Dodgers fans hoping to be there for a potential clincher – might see relative bargains late Tuesday afternoon.
