Yankees prospect Aaron Judge hits walkoff home run for Trenton Thunder

Right fielder Aaron Judge hit a two-out walkoff home run in the bottom of the 10th to give Double-A Trenton a 3-2 win against Portland on Thursday.
Centerfielder Jake Cave was 1-for-4 with a walk and a stolen base and Miguel Sulbaran allowed two hits and one walk in 5 2/3 scoreless innings, striking out one for the Thunder (4-3), the Yankees' affiliate.
Elsewhere in the minors
TRIPLE-A SCRANTON/WILKES-BARRE (2-6)
First baseman Jonathan Galvez was 1-for-2 with a double and two walks, and leftfielder Ben Gamel went 2-for-3 with a walk, but the RailRiders fell to Syracuse, 10-2. Second baseman Rob Refsnyder (1-for-4) made his fourth error in seven games. He's hitting .222 (6-for-27) with two walks.
SINGLE-A ADVANCED TAMPA (5-3)
Designated hitter Matt Snyder scored the go-ahead run on a two-out, bases-loaded balk in the top of the 10th to lead Tampa over Fort Myers, 7-6. Snyder (2-for-4, 2B) singled with two outs and reach third following back-to-back walks to catcher Isaias Tejeda (1-for-4) and leftfielder Ericson Leonora (0-for-3). Shortstop Tyler Wade was 2-for-5 with a double and two stolen bases.
SINGLE-A CHARLESTON (4-4)
Connor Spencer went 2-for-4 to raise his average to .417, but the RiverDogs fell to Mets affiliate Savannah, 8-3.
