A character who loves comic books and genuinely exudes a big kid vibe that mirrors his exuberant personality, Brok Lopez is going to be immortalized in a way that has him downright giddy.

The Brooklyn Nets are giving out a Brook Lopez Star Wars-themed bobblehead on Dec. 14, and the 7-foot center is hoping it's a springboard to potentially getting the role he so desires to play: a Wookie in the movie series originally created by filmmaker George Lucas.

If nothing else, Lopez can gloat about it to his twin brother Robin, particularly since Robin is a now member of the rival Knicks.

"They came to me and I was pretty jealous because over the summer Robin got a bobblehead with the Fresno Grizzlies," Lopez said. "He won a bracket in Fresno. It was like a Fresno famous [people] bracket. I wasn't even on the bracket. Quincy Pondexter, everyone was on the bracket. But I was not. So now I do feel food about getting my own bobblehead and it's a Jedi. Pretty sweet. They gave me some input. I was pretty happy with what they came to me with.

"I'm getting a number of them and putting them all over my house. My cat will have one, yeah. Everyone is going to have one."
