Eagles listening to offers for McNabb, Kolb, Vick

ORLANDO, Fla. - Looking for a quarterback? The Eagles might have one to spare. Andy Reid said he is listening to offers for any of his three, including starter Donovan McNabb. Kevin Kolb and Michael Vick are also available.
"There's nothing right now that I'd jump up and down about," Reid said yesterday at the NFL owners' meetings. "But right now, there's interest. We'll go back and look through those [offers] away from this situation here."
The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Wednesday that the Eagles have an offer from the Rams for McNabb. The Rams would trade the 33rd overall pick and safety O.J. Atogwe and probably not draft Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford No. 1 overall. Rams officials, however, denied any trade talks have taken place.
Other teams that could be interested are the Browns, Seahawks, Raiders and Bills.
"I wouldn't say they're on the market, I'd say I'm listening," Reid said. "I'm not saying I'm doing anything. I'm keeping my ears open, which we do on every player. This is no different."
Reid reiterated that McNabb is still his starter. McNabb, Kolb and Vick are signed through the 2010 season.
The Associated Press reported that McNabb issued a statement saying he wants to remain in Philadelphia, but understood the quarterback situation and hoped the team made a decision soon.
Giants' Phillips not ready
Giants coach Tom Coughlin said safety Kenny Phillips, who had knee surgery last year, is still not ready to run at full speed and is taking his rehabilitation "in stages." He said he expected Phillips to be ready to play this year, but was not definitive.
"It's like all people coming off that surgery, he has to be brought along," Coughlin said. "I don't foresee [doctors] just saying, 'Go ahead.' "
Osi's mind-set positive
Coughlin said he hasn't had a private conversation with defensive end Osi Umenyiora, who has said he wants to be reinstated as a starter. Coughlin said last month he could offer no assurances of playing time to Umenyiora. "He came into the offseason program, a smile on his face, working his tail off," Coughlin said. "I think he's in a good place."
Tom: No welcome back for Plax
Coughlin said he expects Plaxico Burress to resume his NFL career when he gets out of jail next year, but said the Giants wouldn't be a landing spot. "Never say never, but that part hasn't been discussed," Coughlin said. "I would expect he'd get a chance . You're talking about a rare talent."
