Lindsey Hibbs allowed one run and five hits in seven innings as second-seeded Adelphi (34-19) beat sixth-seeded Molloy, 4-1, to win the East II Regionals crown on Saturday and advance to the Super Regionals of the NCAA Division II softball tournament. Courtney Wengryn went 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs. Steph Conrade drove in the run for Molloy (32-24).

Manhattanville 10, Old Westbury 1: With a chance to win the Skyline Conference softball crown and advance to the NCAA Division III tournament, Old Westbury (24-14) fell to Manhattanville (31-10) at Jackie Robinson Athletic Complex in Farmingdale. Gianna DiLillo went 1-for-2 for Old Westbury.

BASEBALL

Molloy 8, D’Youville 3: Ryan Hynes allowed six hits in 7 1⁄3 scoreless innings for host Molloy (39-12) in the East Coast Conference championship game, clinching an automatic bid to the NCAA Division II tournament. Anthony Manisero went 3-for-5 with a double, a home run and two RBIs for Molloy.

LIU 8, Wagner 3: Benjamin Fierenzi went 3-for-5 and JC Navarro, Carlton Harper and Noah Sorensen all collected two RBIs apiece to lead LIU (25-20) past visiting Wagner (22-25).

Farmingdale 8, USMMA 6: Richie Heyder went 4-for-5 with a double, two RBIs and two runs scored to lead Farmingdale (23-13) past host USMMA (26-14) in the Skyline Tournament. Farmingdale will face St. Joseph’s (L.I.) for the championship on Sunday.

WOMEN’S LACROSSE

Pace 16, Adelphi 14: Danielle Marino had two goals and four assists and Kerrin Heuser added four goals and an assist as Adelphi (16-3) lost to Pace (20-0) in the Northeast-10 Conference championship game.

Trinity 20, Farmingdale 0: Carly Livingston had three shots on goal and Giavanna Stamatelo made eight saves for Farmingdale (11-9) in its loss in the first round of the NCAA Division III tournament to Trinity (9-8).
