Molloy 86, NYIT 73: Curtis Jenkins had 23 points, five rebounds and five assists, and converted a layup with 4:02 remaining to extend the lead to 10 for Molloy in an 86-73 win over NYIT. Mike Torre added 30 points and six rebounds for Molloy (6-18, 5-9 East Coast Conference). Jeffrey Hayden led NYIT (3-23, 1-13) with 34 points and 13 rebounds.

SUNY-Old Westbury 61, Mount Saint Vincent 51: Preston Powell’s 21 points and Terrin Roland’s 11 points, six rebounds and five steals led SUNY-Old Westbury (11-12, 10-8 Skyline Conference). Brandon Thompson converted two free throws with :09 seconds remaining to put the Panthers ahead 59-51.

Farmingdale State 90, St. Joseph’s (Brooklyn) 69: George Riefenstahl had 13 points, nine rebounds and two blocks to lead Farmingdale State (16-7, 14-4 Skyline). Matthew Graham and Liam Monaghan added 12 points and four rebounds apiece for the Rams, who shot 55.6 percent from beyond the three-point line.

Adelphi 85, Pace 67: Michael Coffey scored 16 points, leading Adelphi (10-16, 6-12 Northeast-10). The Panthers had five players in double figures, including Tavon Ginyard, Jack Laffey and Terrel Martin-Garcia, who all scored 13 points.

Queens 69, LIU Post 66: Jared Rivers had 20 points and Kyle McLeggan added 15 for LIU Post (10-14, 8-6 ECC). Issac Grant led Queens with 17 points.

Purchase 96, St. Joseph’s (L.I.) 69: Isaiah Moore had 15 points, three rebounds and three assists for St. Joseph’s (4-19, 4-14 Skyline). Nikeem Deleon tallied 29 points, six rebounds and seven assists for Purchase.

WOMEN’S BASKETBALL

NYIT 57, Molloy 43: Maia Hood’s 15 points and four rebounds lifted NYIT (15-9, 9-5 ECC). Corinn Baggs added 13 points and four rebounds for the Bears. Gabriella Aspuru led Molloy (8-16, 3-11) with 14 points and seven rebounds.

LIU Post 85, Queens 65: Sasha Patterson had 19 points and 11 rebounds, and Mikaiya Moore added 18 points, eight rebounds and five assists for LIU Post (18-6, 13-1 ECC). Dominique Williams converted a three-pointer with 6:24 remaining to cap an 11-0 run and give the Pioneers a 73-53 lead.

Farmingdale State 71, Purchase 49: Kaelyn Ward had 18 points, 10 rebounds, four assists and two blocks to lead Farmingdale State (12-11, 11-5 Skyline). Liz Durchhalter had 15 points, six rebounds and five assists for the Rams, who led by as many as 29.

SUNY-Old Westbury 107, St. Joseph’s (L.I.) 54: Charlotte Renker’s 18 points and 11 rebounds, and Monique Joseph’s 17 points, seven rebounds, three assists and five steals led SUNY-Old Westbury (19-3, 13-3 Skyline). Andrea Iavarone had 21 points, 13 rebounds and six blocks for St. Joseph’s (8-14, 5-10). The Panthers shot 52.2 percent from the field in the win.

Mount Saint Mary 58, USMMA 46: Kaleigh D’Arcy had 18 points and 14 rebounds for USMMA (15-7, 11-5 Skyline). Tichina Carmon added 10 points for the Mariners. Janae Graham scored 11 points for Mount Saint Mary.

Pace 61, Adelphi 54: Simone Hobdy had 21 points, six rebounds and three assists, and Niajah Morgan added 13 points for Adelphi (12-14, 8-10 NE-10). Geena Rosalbo and Kristina Olikhver had 13 points each for Pace.

MEN'S LACROSSE

NYIT 16, Mercyhurst 9: Andrew Zito started off the NYIT men’s lacrosse season on a high note, scoring five goals in a non-conference win over No. 11 Mercyhurst. LeRoy Halftown added four goals and two assists in the win and goalie Jake Mellen had 11 saves.

Rutgers 12, St. John’s 8: Jason DeBenedictis and Colin Duffy each scored two goals in St. John’s non-conference loss
