The Stony Brook women look to start strong this season as they open up their non-conference schedule with home contests against Rider and Navy on November 9 and 11.

Those games will followed by a four-game road swing against Morgan State (Nov. 18), NJIT (Nov. 25), Robert Morris (Nov. 28) and Youngstown State (Nov. 30).

I’m very excited about the competiveness of the schedule we've put together for the upcoming season,” Stony Brook coach Beth O’Boyle said. “These [non-conference] games are important in order to prepare us for conference play. We're looking forward to the challenge and excited to get the season underway.”

The highlight of Stony Brook’s schedule is a road contest versus Rutgers on December 21. Other December contests include home games against Sacred Heart (Dec. 4), Fairleigh Dickinson (Dec. 11), St. Peter’s (Dec. 15) and Iona on the 30th.

The Seawolves travel to Fordham on December 8 and St. Francis on the 19th.
