An unscientific, not-always-serious look at the places Tiki Barber could wind up playing in 2011 with the odds for each of them:

SAINTS 5-to-1
Barber and Sean Payton go way back and have always has a close relationship. He’d fit in nicely in a backfield that would need more of a spark than grinding carries.

BUCCANEERS 8-to-1
Barber has always wanted to play with his twin brother in the NFL. With Ronde signing a one-year deal with the Bucs, this might be his last chance.

BRONCOS 20-to-1
Another former Giants assistant, John Fox, is now the head coach in Denver. Fox might want to bring in someone who knows him and can help bridge any gaps with the players, even if it’s just for training camp.

REDSKINS 55-to-1
No football for four seasons, a history of conflict with his previous employer, but the potential to make headlines and a chance to throw around a lot of money? This has Dan Snyder written all over it.

PANTHERS 75-to-1
Carolina has already taken on former Giants headache Jeremy Shockey. Maybe they want to try and get the whole gang back together. And don’t forget Plaxico Burress, who gets out of jail in June!

LAS VEGAS LOCOS 100-to-1
Two-time champion Jim Fassel might be able to find room on his roster for Barber. Besides, if there’s no CBA by the fall, the UFL might be the only professional football available to play.

GIANTS 1,000,000-to-1
Let bygones be bygones? Barber burned any bridges he might have had to a Giants comeback years ago. The team didn’t have to think too long before issuing a statement saying they intended to release Barber as soon as possible.
