FLORHAM PARK, N.J. - Given all the hours he spent at the Jets' training facility last week, Darrelle Revis probably could've submitted a change- of-address form. "I was living over here," the Pro Bowl cornerback said Monday.
Revis spent the entire bye week rehabilitating his left hamstring, and it apparently paid off. He proclaimed that he's finally "100 percent," the first time he's felt that way since tweaking his hamstring in practice four days before the Jets' Sept. 13 season opener against the Ravens.
"I'm ready to go," he said. "I'll be there Sunday. We did everything we could this week. This week helped out, me staying up here and getting all the treatment I needed to get."
Revis ran full speed during defensive back drills throughout the week and reported no swelling afterward. He got through the Jets' brief practice Monday and said he "felt great."
Rex Ryan sure thought he looked pretty good. "He was moving around great today," Ryan said. "I think we are going to see Darrelle at 100 percent. So that's exciting to me."
Revis is eager to get back to his All-Pro form and stop making so much news. Besides the nagging injury, he had that 36-day holdout and was ticketed for speeding and careless driving Oct. 15.
"The last month, there's been a lot of stuff going on, and me also coming in late," Revis said. "But now I can settle in and just play football."
Family affair
Ryan said someone told him his twin brother, Rob, could be a potentially hot head-coaching candidate when the season is over. Rob Ryan is the defensive coordinator of the Browns, a team the Jets face Nov. 14 in Cleveland.
Don't think Rex isn't looking forward to going up against him, either.
"Three weeks," he said. "That'll be good, but we've got Green Bay [Sunday]. It's like, 'Yikes!' They look pretty good."
Extra points
The Jets signed T Andre Ramsey to their practice squad. They have 52 players on their roster after C Cody Wallace was signed to the Lions' active roster last week off the Jets' practice squad and LB Kenwin Cummings was released Friday.
