It's been almost 20 years since Phil Simms last took a snap in the NFL, but the former Super Bowl-winning Giants quarterback is as busy as ever. Among his many other gigs, Simms recently took up a new job as a host for "NFL Monday QB," a new show on CBS Sports Network.
