Kerri Callahan was close to the bowling trifecta last season. But after winning the CHSAA individual and team titles, she placed second in the state CHSAA individual championships.

The Kellenberg junior spent a year waiting for the opportunity to redeem herself, securing a third consecutive CHSAA individual title along the way.

Redemption came in the form of domination as Callahan won the semifinal by 44 pins and the final by 90 at the state individual championship in Buffalo. She rolled a 240 in the final.

Callahan has already etched her name in the record books of the CHSAA. When Kellenberg won the title in her sophomore season she rolled a 766 and a 298 in Game 3, both league records. Callahan will be looking to put it all together in her final season and achieve her triple crown.

“Next year I want all three,” Callahan said. “I want to win individuals for the fourth time, have our team win a championship and be the state champion.”
