Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK’s Emma Heaney had 34 points, 14 rebounds and eight blocks in a 62-46 win over Oceanside in Nassau Conference AAA-I Saturday. Following her third 30-point game of the season, Heaney is Newsday’s Hardwood Hero this week.

MIA BETANCOURT, Mount Sinai
She had a triple-double with 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in a 59-46 win over Glenn.
LEELA GUOBADIA, Farmingdale
She had 24 points, including 10 in the fourth quarter, 15 rebounds and five blocks in a 46-37 win over Freeport.
SAMANTHA HABER, Bayport-Blue Point
She scored 31 points and hit six three-pointers in a 59-30 win over Hampton Bays.
SHY HAWKINS, Floyd
She had 24 points, 10 rebounds, five steals, two assists and a block in a 61-28 win over Sachem East. She had 17 points, 17 rebounds and three blocks in a 69-40 win over Longwood.
CAITLIN LEARY, Carle Place
She had 36 points, including 16 in the fourth quarter, and five three-pointers in a 55-42 win over East Rockaway.
EMMA ROBINS, Division
She had a triple-double with 17 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists in a 70-44 win over Bellmore JFK.
CHARLOTTE VIOLA, East Meadow
She had 31 points in a 75-58 win over Herricks.

TAIQUAN BRUMSEY, Greenport
He had 33 points and hit seven three-pointers in a 60-55 win over Ross.
MARQUESE DENNIS, Brentwood
He scored 53 points in a 96-25 win over Central Islip, breaking Mitch Kupchak’s program record of 52 points in a single game.
BEN HAUG, Smithtown East
He scored 22 points, reaching the 1,000-point career milestone, in a 60-49 win over Huntington.
JOSH HAYES, Newfield
He hit the go-ahead turnaround jumper in the post with 14 seconds left and scored 23 points in a 51-49 win over Sachem North.
JASON KIM, Jericho
He scored 28 points and had the winning steal and layup as time expired in a 60-58 win over Long Beach.
SINCERE McDOUGAL, Babylon
He had a triple-double in a 73-45 win over Port Jefferson, recording 37 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists.

He scored 31 points in an 81-58 win over Seaford.
PETER PINERO, Connetquot
He scored 26 points, including the tying layup to force overtime, in an 83-79 win over Sachem North. He had a school-record 47 points in a 76-70 loss to North Babylon.
