Meet the 2012 All-Long Island gymnastics team.

CYDNEY CRASA
Long Island Gymnast of the Year
Ward Melville, 8th grade
Crasa was Suffolk's individual champion, winning all four events at the state-qualifying meet in just her second varsity season. In that meet, she broke her own county record on vault with a 9.675, landed a 9.625 on beam, a 9.500 on floor and a 9.125 on bars for an all-around score of 37.975. At the state championships, her 9.625 on vault tied for second and turned out to be the highest finish by a Long Island gymnast.

ALI BEZALEL
Hewlett, So.
Bezalel won the Nassau individual championship, landing an all-around score of 35.675. She won the beam at that meet with a 9.05, was second on vault with a 9.025 and was third on floor with a 9.15. Bezalel was forced out of the state championships because of an injury but consistently had Hewlett's best scores all season.

ALEXIS FRAHER
Bethpage, 8th grade
Fraher helped lead Bethpage to its second consecutive Nassau team championship. In the county meet, she finished with a team-best all-around score of 35.150. At the state-qualifier, Fraher tied Jennings for second place with a 35.175 all-around score and was second at the meet on floor with a 9.200.

STEPHANIE JENNINGS
Sewanhaka, Fr.
Jennings won the vault in the Nassau state qualifier meet with a 9.050, dazzling the crowd with an impressive Yurchenko tuck. She also tied with Alexis Fraher at the Nassau meet with the second-highest overall score of 35.175.

ALISON LAROCCA
Ward Melville, Jr.
LaRocca was a steady force in Ward Melville's lineup all season. At states, she had the best finish among Long Island gymnasts on floor, taking fourth place with a 9.4. Her all-around score of 36.15 at the state-qualifying meet was good for second place in Suffolk, and her performance in the team championship meet helped propel Ward Melville to the title.
