Ava Tintle scored the winning goal off an assist from Hailey Welsch with 8:34 left in East Hampton’s 2-1 win over Pierson/Bridgehampton in Suffolk II field hockey on Friday. Tintle also assisted Addison Barletta on the tying goal in the third quarter. Caeleigh Schuster made five saves for East Hampton (7-6). Shelby Casey scored a goal in the first quarter for Pierson/Bridgehampton (5-7).

Smithtown East 3, Floyd 0: Brooke Simonetti scored two goals and Melissa Beach added a goal to lead Smithtown East (6-5) in Suffolk I. Kerrin Pettit and Meghan Prevet each had an assist and Riley Connelly made five saves. Kalina-Sky Permenter made five saves for Floyd (5-6).
Northport 5, Newfield 0: Julianna Tietjen had a hat trick and Caeley Monez had a goal and two assists to lead Northport (10-1) in Suffolk I. Karlie Sitler made nine saves for Newfield (3-9).
New Hyde Park 3, Baldwin 0: Hailey Brooker had a goal and an assist and Emma Onorato and Destiny Gillespie each added a goal to lead New Hyde Park (6-6) in Nassau II. Sophia Humburg and Eileen O’Shea each had an assist. Morgan Martin made nine saves for Baldwin (3-8).
Clarke 2, Seaford 0: Erin Frank and Sophia Sforza each scored a goal and Rebekah McGrady made five saves to lead Clarke (6-5) in non-league. Taylor Jebaily made 11 saves for Seaford (9-1).

Oceanside 2, MacArthur 0: Vanessa Frangiadakis scored two goals to lead Oceanside (7-3-2) in Nassau AAA/AA-I. Samantha Gemmo and Maddy McMurray each had an assist and Julianna Ewashko made 12 saves. Jocelyn Cleary made six saves for MacArthur (5-5-2).
