1. MASSAPEQUA WRESTLING. The Chiefs recently won the David Ironman Tournament at Farrell in convincing fashion. They crowned six champions, including Anthony Conetta (99 pounds), Chase Liardi (106), Nick Antoniello (138), John Casamassina (170), Angelo Petrakis (182) and John Rollo (220). The Chiefs scored 362 points to finish 136 points ahead of second place Rocky Point.

2. WARD MELVILLE BOYS FENCING. Defeated previously unbeaten Commack 21-6 to win its 168th consecutive regular season match. Ben Rogak is 10-1 in epee this season.

3. EAST ISLIP BOYS BOWLING. Freshman Joseph Zagari rolled a 688 series against Copiague and threw a 280 in the second game of a 728 series versus Central Islip. The Redmen are 10-0 and looking to three-peat as Suffolk champions.

4. KELLENBERG GIRLS TRACK. Maureen Lewin and Maya Richardson both placed in the top five in the 1,600 at the Freedom Games at Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Staten Island last weekend. Lewin won in 5:09.28 and Richardson was fourth in 5:14.69.

5. WARD MELVILLE GIRLS FENCING. Olivia Becchina went 3-0 in epee, her sister, Claire, went 3-0 in foil and Lauren Cappello went 3-0 in sabre in a 21-6 victory over Commack. Ivanna Zavala-Arbelaez remains undefeated in foil this season.

6. UNIONDALE BOYS TRACK. Jadan Hanson won the triple jump at the Hispanic Games, flying 48 feet, nine inches at the Armory in Manhattan. The distance is tops on Long Island this season and second in the state as of Friday.

7. SEAFORD GIRLS BOWLING. Seaford is 9-0 overall behind the averages of Paige Donovan (190.7) and Marissa Mele (179.4). Seaford averages 678.2 pins per game, which tops the next team in Nassau by 38.6.

8. BALDWIN GIRLS BASKETBALL. The Bruins easily handled Westbury and Hicksville this week, with Alexis Aponte scoring a total of 24 points in the two games. Kaia Harrison’s veteran presence is doing wonders for the top team in Nassau.

9. LONG ISLAND LUTHERAN BOYS BASKETBALL. LuHi features another talented, athletic group, led by Andre Curbelo (15.7 points per game), Zed Key (14.8) and Tyler Stephenson (14.0). LuHi should be in the mix for a Federation title in March.

10. OCEANSIDE GYMNASTICS. The Sailors are leading the way in Nassau I. The undefeated squad has seven straight wins with Lexi Kessler and Emme Ortiz, who recently both tied for first on floor with a 9.0 against Cold Spring Harbor.
