With his 120th straight win (a 13-2 major decision over Sachem North's Ryan Gerondel), Syosset's Nick Arujau is two wins shy of Paul Ligouri's Nassau record for consecutive victories of 122.

Arujau (pictured), a two-time state champ and the top seed at 125 pounds, hasn't lost since the state final his freshman season.

In other news, Rocky Point's Stephen Dutton won the 224th match of his career (adding to his Long Island record) by technical fall over Kevin Davidson of Carmel at 140 pounds.

Dutton got sick early in the match — he vomited into a garbage pail off the side of the mat — but it wasn't effecting his wrestling. He was up 10-0 at the time.
