Chris Kreider's "upper-body" injury is neck strain
Chris Kreider left last night's 5-0 Whale loss to Springfield with an upper-body injury, and we are told it is a neck strain, nothing major. The top prospect went head-first into the boards.

From what I hear---and read---a number of top NHLers are coming to New York for the meeting with owners tomorrow afternoon, and the number will be whittled down.
It's been reported/speculated that Penguins' star Sidney Crosby---who was not at an informal practice---is one. The Hawks' Jonathan Toews is another. Another name mentioned was Coyotes' captain Shane Doan.
