FIRST: Evie's Prince won last by 16 lengths; takes another. Hold Hard won two in a row this past spring; dangerous. Kitten Around is another last-race winner that must be factored into the mix.
SECOND: Sun Thunder fired half-mile bullet on Aug. 15; ready for return. General Banker needed last and owns fast numbers on best efforts; worth long look. Eliminate was a clear-cut second in last; obvious threat.
THIRD: Stormy's Dreaming compiled tight work tab for first start in seven weeks. Concorde Spirit could be aided by additional quarter mile. Baricci concluded work tab with 5-furlong bullet; follow the money.
FOURTH: Dangerous Ride drops after non-stressful fourth in last; forward move predicted. M B's Munning makes third start of form cycle; price will be tempting. Cees Get Degrees could prove tough on a soft lead.
FIFTH: Outtawaterbury is riding an improving line on late-pace and final figures. Koru logged three works since last start; dangerous. Janssen was an improved second in last; don't ignore.
SIXTH: Thankfully was a clear-cut second in debut; needs scratches to get in. Episode could play out as the speed of the speed. Miss C Banker exits strong placing in last; right in the thick of this. Graceful Warrior concluded work tab with crisp half-mile drill; charting a must.
SEVENTH: Cousin Kristi gets class relief and owns fast back numbers. Sue Ellen Mishkin is rested and could play out as the main speed. True Empress was a determined winner at Finger Lakes last out; don't dismiss.
EIGHTH: Virgin Colada made sustained rally to win debut; more to come. Lady Orient was a hard-fought winner in first start at Ellis Park; very interesting. Lemonpeppasteppa ships in from Jersey after strong efforts in both starts at Monmouth; must consider.
NINTH: Splashy makes first start with maiden-claiming tag; breakthrough predicted. Majulu exits strong placing in most recent; be no surprise. Repeat After Me gets blinkers and Lasix for new barn; worth long look. Better Be Smart regressed in last after improved fourth in prior; rebound potential.
