Yankees fans who subscribe to DirecTV will lose access to YES at midnight Friday if the satellite service and network are unable to come to terms on an extension of their carriage agreement.

Saturday’s Tigers-Yankees game will be televised by Fox, but Sunday’s game is on YES.

“We are negotiating in good faith with DirectTV in hopes of resolving this matter quickly,’’ a YES spokesman said.

SNY’s contract with the other major satellite distributor, Dish Network, was set to expire at midnight Thursday, the night before the Mets’ opener.
