The storyline for "Off the Rez" reads as follows on IMDB:

"The story of a Native American family in Oregon that leaves the reservation in pursuit of the American dream on behalf of one of their 8 children, a 16 year-old girl who is one of the best high school basketball players in the country. Four generations of strong Native American women from the Umatilla Nation struggle together to preserve their traditions with the unforgiving world of big-time American high school sports."

But, right now, sports fans might know it better this way:

This is a documentary about Shoni and Jude Schimmel, two of the stars of the fifth-seeded Louisville women's basketball team playing in the national championship Tuesday night against UConn.

"Off the Rez" airs at 6 p.m. ET Tuesday on the Discovery Fit & Health channel, prior to ESPN's telecast of the national championship game. Below is a clip.
