66°Good evening

When he's not busy running his food company -- Renaissance Man Foods -- or posing nude for magazines -- dude is jacked in ESPN Magazine's second "The Body" issue -- Herschel Walker can be found in the gym training for his next Strikeforce bout on Dec. 4.

American Kickboxing Academy in San Jose, Calif., to be precise. MMA home of Josh Koscheck, Jon Fitch, Mike Swick and Cain Velasquez, the latter of whom fights Brock Lesnar for the heavyweight title at UFC 121 on Saturday.

Here's what Walker, the 1982 Heisman Trophy winner, told Fightin' Words about his training partner Velasquez.

"Cain is like my little brother," Walker said. "In this fight against Brock, people are going to be shocked what Cain can do. People are going to be totally shocked. People think that Cain is a small heavyweight. Cain's a bad boy. I love Brock, but I can't go against my little brother."

Walker told us a story about being tested for his fighter's license in Florida. His cardio was better than all the marathon runners they've tested, he said.

"Cain's cardio is as good or better than mine," Walker said. "I was shocked. And he's 240, 250 pounds. This guy keeps coming and coming. It's almost like the young Mike Tyson that you almost have to keep him off you so you can get into your game plan. You have to get away from him to get into your game plan, but you can't get away from him because he keeps coming."
