Two days after the New York State Senate voted to pass a bill that would legalize mixed martial arts, we dispatched a video camera to Ray Longo's MMA academy in Garden City to get some reaction.
Here's what Longo, UFC middleweight Chris Weidman and Strikeforce light heavyweight Gian Villante had to say.
Weidman's second UFC fight is June 11 in Vancouver against Jesse Bongfeldt. Villante's second Strikeforce bought is June 24 in Kent, Wash., against Lorenz Larkin.
