Maybe Lyoto Machida should have screamed a little more his walk toward the octagon at UFC 113. Machida was knocked out in the first round by Mauricio "Shogun" Rua and lost his light heavyweight title. (May 8, 2010) Credit: UFC photo

UFC confirmed Monday the final fight card for UFC 123 on Nov. 20 in Detroit. Here it is for your dissecting pleasure.

Pay-per-view card

Quinton "Rampage" Jackson vs. Lyoto Machida
Matt Hughes vs. BJ Penn
George Sotiropolous vs. Joe Lauzon
Phil Davis vs. Tim Boetsch
Gerald Harris vs. Maiquel Falcao

Prelims on Spike

Matt Brown vs. Brian Foster
Aaron Simpson vs. Mark Munoz

Prelims

Karo Parisyan vs. Dennis Hallman
Darren Elkins vs. Edson Barboza*
Paul Kelly vs. T.J. O'Brien
Tyson Griffin vs. Nik Lentz

* Nice to see Barboza in the UFC now. I saw him at Ring of Combat back in February. The kid is nasty. Fastest leg kicks. Could be the next Jose Aldo in a few years. If any of the unaired prelims get bumped up to the main broadcast, the bet is that it will be the Barboza fight.
