Here's a question for you: which type of knockout is more impressive: the one punch that drops a guy immediately, or what Cub Swanson did at UFC 152 on Saturday night in Toronto?
Swanson landed a devastating right hook to the left temple of Charles Oliveira in the first round of their featherweight bout. Oliveira took the punch, backed up and then three seconds later, tumbled to the canvas, knocked out and done for the evening at the 2:40 mark.
"If I just land that one big punch, they're going to go down," said Swanson, who won his third straight bout.
Swanson had landed a left body shot a few seconds earlier that stunned Oliveira.
"I saw it on his face," Swanson said.
